Yikes! In explaining me, admirably, you have also explained both of us with great pith, humor and clarity. You reveal a depth of understanding, not only of the book but of the subject, that is sometimes greater than my own. Hell, I hardly even wrote one word of "Rank 'n File" I just edited a choppy anthology of America's desperation, doomed expectations, illegal self-medication and by-god stupidity, skinned raw and hung on a fence, dripping blood.
